Born and raised in the south side of Chicago, I grew up playing MANY video games, such as RPGs, Platformers, Puzzles, Action/Adventure, and much more! In particular, I found a love for fighting games and even play them competitively in tournaments, with a few tournament wins in my belt! Not only do I want to continue my journey of growing stronger at fighting games, but I also want to teach new and veteran players how to play them properly. To do this, I got heavily into writing and video editing, thus becoming a journalist.
In my time of being a video game journalist so far, I have created many different content styles for journalism. These involve news, reviews, guides, opinion pieces, community spotlights, and interviews. In particular, I specialize in making fighting game guides and would like to do more interviews with top players in the future that seek to provide tips and advice for newcomers coming into the genre. I do a combination of both written articles and videos to teach people fighting games.
My biggest goal when making content is to make articles and videos that no one has ever seen before, and talk about topics that aren't really talked about much or aren't really explained well for beginners.
But I am MORE than willing to do more than just focus on fighting games. I would love to do guides, reviews, and opinion pieces on so many other genres, such as RPGs, Platformers, Action/Adventure, Puzzles, and Beat-Em-Ups!
